If you’ve gone to my Youtube channel, you may have noticed that there are a bunch of meditation loops, usually called something like “Lisa Meditation”. So, what is the deal with those loops, and who is this “Lisa?”
Let me tackle the first question. Those loops were never a part of the plan for The Schnooks We’re honestly not the meditative sort, though it could admittedly help. Instead, they were created at the behest of a counselor who deals with addiction and anger management – two issues where meditation can indeed by of use.
This counselor was looking for new, different loops for her clients to meditate to, and she asked if I could assist. I agreed, and there was the start of the loop creation process.
Most of them were created in a hurry and sound, to me, like amateur hour at the local nursing facility. But this counselor, a woman who goes by the name “Lisa,” has actually reported that her clients not only liked the loops, but wanted access to them after they left treatment.
With that in mind, I excitedly threw them up on the official channel without think that maybe I should have just started a second account to put them on. But, it was too late, and that is why there are meditation loops on The Schnooks’ Youtube Channel.
Lisa, by the way, is a woman dedicated to improving the lives of others through her work and via general acts of kindness. We all can learn something from her. Just sayin’.
